Subscription Tiers

Every credential is a token — no accounts, no passwords, no billing cycles. A tier grants a fixed search-credit balance per seat; access lasts until it's used, not until a date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not another global screening database. A specialist intelligence layer for Kuwait.

Who can subscribe to KMI?

KMI isn't sold to unaffiliated individuals — every subscription is verified against one of the following categories before it's provisioned:

  • Financial institution (bank, insurer, investment or payments firm) — AML/KYC obligation
  • Government, regulator, or law enforcement agency
  • Law firm — sanctions/AML compliance or litigation due diligence
  • Corporate compliance, risk, or third-party due diligence department
  • Other FATF-designated non-financial business or profession (real estate, precious metals/stones, accountancy, trust & company services)
  • Licensed private investigation or due diligence firm
  • Media / investigative journalism (public-interest reporting)
  • Non-governmental organisation — anti-corruption, human rights, or transparency
  • Academic or research institution
Why KMI rather than a generalist global screening provider?

KMI is built exclusively around Kuwait — government gazette decrees, tribunal and asylum case records, and Kuwait-specific political and corporate context, read and catalogued directly from primary sources rather than pulled from a generic global feed.

How is the data sourced and verified?

Every record carries a reference code and a documented evidence trail — the specific decree, gazette issue, court filing, or published article behind it — rated on a standard source-reliability scale (NATO/Admiralty A–F), not an opaque confidence score. Risk ratings follow a fixed internal standard: a bare adverse action is never marked High without an independently documented allegation.

Are you just re-publishing public sanctions and PEP lists?

No. Public list data (OFAC, UN, EU, UK) is shown for context on a subject's file, but it is not sold as a standalone module — that data is already freely available elsewhere. What is sold is the Kuwait-specific work: Field Intelligence case tracking and a PEP register built from documented Kuwaiti public functions.

Why token-based pricing instead of an annual licence?

Every fixed-price tier grants a set number of search credits per seat, paid once — no renewal date, no auto-billing, no negotiation for a multi-year contract. Access ends when the credits are used or the seat is revoked, not on a clock, so the commercial terms are as transparent as the underlying data. Sovereign is the one bespoke exception, priced directly with KMI for a party that needs unrestricted, unlimited access.
